We will also collect the contact details you provide the contact form on our website, via Facebook, telephone or email.

What we use this information for:

We use this data primarily in the delivery of the course for which you have enrolled or enquired about, such as supplying course content, providing enrolment detail, or keeping you updated. In addition, if you enrol we may also use this data to find you on Facebook, to invite you join our Facebook groups in which you can access online support, and additional course content. Food intolerances data is used to assess the suitability of any food provided as part of the course.

The legal basis for this processing is fulfilling our contract with you or responding to your request prior to entering into a contract.

If you agreed, we may occasionally contact you via email, or social media to provide details of upcoming courses, or one-off events being run by Knights Languages that we think may be of interest. We will never share your details with third-party companies, but may provide you with details of promotions, or events of third-parties we think may be of interest. We will not bombard you with emails and expect not to send these more than once or twice a month.

Where we store and process, and how long we keep your data:

All your data is securely stored securely and confidentially by Knight Languages and will not be transferred outside of the EU.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary.
